A lifelong super fan of the band Kiss had his dream come true when he made arrangements with the band to meet them after concerts in Atlanta and purchased three of their guitars: two of Gene Simmons’ bass guitars and the smashed guitar that Paul Stanley destroyed at the end of the show. After doing a lot of research he decided that I was the right framer to put these three guitars into fabulous shadowboxes for his office. I put all three guitars into 5″ solid walnut shadowboxes glazed with Museum Acrylic. Each shadowbox was lined with black fabric and silver accents and each guitar was mounted on silver and black vinyl backing. I included the ticket for each show where the guitars ware played. This was a great project for me since framing rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia has been one of my specialities for many years.

Pauls smashed guitar looks really cool in its shadowbox!
